He has been an attorney for over 26 years, including 18 years in the state of California.
During his practice, Geva Baumer has prepared and filed hundreds of bankruptcy cases and successfully represented debtors in hundreds of Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 cases. He handled almost every aspect of Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings, including loan modifications, complex adversary proceedings and all types of bankruptcy motions and hearings. In addition, Geva Baumer has successfully litigated real estate, mortgage and consumer protection cases.
Geva Baumer is admitted before the Federal Courts for the Northern, Southern, Central and Eastern District of California.
Geva Baumer is also a member of the Israeli Bar. Prior to his relocation to California, he has accumulated 7 years of international experience, working as an associate attorney in an Israeli business law firm, and serving as an in-house legal counsel for a mortgage bank. He has effectively handled several appeals before the Israeli Supreme Court.
